Privacy policy

I only collect data that you send me:

• Contact form: your name, email, the reason for your message and the text you write.
• Email or WhatsApp: whatever you share when you write to me directly, such as your phone number or profile name.

I use your data to reply to your message, prepare a proposal if you ask for a quote and, if we start working together, manage the project. I do not use it for advertising and I do not sell it.

The legal basis is your consent when you send me a message and, when you request a proposal, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

I rely on a few services to run the site. These are the ones that receive data:

• Formspree (USA) processes contact form submissions and forwards them to me by email.
• My email provider (Google) stores the messages that reach my inbox.
• WhatsApp (Meta) processes conversations if you choose to write to me there.
• Google Fonts serves the site typefaces. When they load, Google may receive your IP address.

This site uses no first-party cookies, analytics or advertising. I store a technical flag in your browser (sessionStorage) so the intro animation does not repeat during the same visit; it is cleared when you close the tab.

I keep your messages for as long as needed to handle your enquiry. If no project follows, I delete them after a reasonable period. If we work together, I keep them for the duration of the relationship and any period the law requires.

Some of the services above are located outside your country, including the USA. When you use them, your data may be processed abroad under the safeguards each provider offers.

You can ask me at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw your consent. Write to hola@pablojesus.com and I will reply within 30 days. If you live in the European Union, you can also complain to your data protection authority.

The site is not aimed at children under 16 and I do not knowingly collect their data.

If I change something important, I will update the date above. The current version is always the one published on this page.
